Kulenkov Group developed a specialized system for a taxi industry client in Kazakhstan.
Previously, managers manually collected data in Excel, prepared contracts and reports, sent them via email, and waited for signatures.
Vezunchik Pro Finance automated the entire workflow — from data collection and document generation to online signing using a digital signature.

Challenge:

The main issue was the enormous amount of time spent on manual work.
Hundreds of documents were prepared and sent manually each month, slowing down operations, increasing costs, and creating risks of human error.
The client needed to automate the manager’s workflow and eliminate dependence on email-based document circulation.

  • Automatically generates contracts, reports, acts, and offers
  • Provides online document signing via ncanode (without using NcaLayer)
  • Supports two interfaces: for aggregators and for outsourced accounting
  • The project became a unique solution for the Yandex.Taxi aggregator market in Kazakhstan.
